75mm tanalised redwood timber, filled with foil backed Celotex insulation, lifted away from floor with composite bearers. Internally finished with 15mm plywood and a choice of laminate floor. A 500mm deep porch with decking is included in the design.
Built in panels using 75mm redwood framing internally lined with our signature T&G board (natural finish). Externally lined with vapour barrier and vertical composite cladding. The cavity houses a choice of insulation and the wiring for sockets (if applicable). Front wall sections are 2.2m high and rear sections are 2m high.
100mm timber joists span from front to back, and are lined with 9mm plywood to the underneath. 12mm OSB3 is fitted above before underfelt, plastisol coated steel sheets and aluminium trims complete the design. The fall is from front to back with rear guttering included. There is no overhang on this building
Electric Details
First fix wiring is included, along with furniture to complete the install, however an electrician is required for second fix complete the wiring.
Please note your electrician will also need to supply the power source such as the armoured cable.
