IMPORTANT:
Due to the unique roof - This building is only available in one width, and the sizes on the price list are for the external dimension of the room size.
The width is 3.8m externally (3.6m internally) plus side overhangs. Total width is 4.5m wide
Please add 700mm to the depth that you are looking to order - for example the 3.0m deep is 3.7m deep with the front overhang.
Please note that you will require the base to include the depth of the overhang to support the decking.
