We have a wide range of garden rooms in both modern and traditional designs, available in a huge range of sizes. With prices starting from as little as £7500, we can accommodate for for every budget and every project. Whether it's maintenance free, or year round use that appeals the most, our garden rooms are built for year round use and even suitable as occasional accommodation should that be required.
CONTEMPORARY GARDEN ROOMS
Available in a multitude of sizes, the Contemporary range is the go to design for our customer. Coming in at 2.5m high, this provides you with the maximum height and the biggest internal footprint with the option of external decking if required. With prices starting from just £9,500 this is the best seller in the garden room range.
MODERN GARDEN ROOMS
The Modern range delivers a great statement piece in the garden and is perfect for entertaining. This model is often turned into the garden bar as the bi-fold doors open up and connect the garden to the room. The 2.5m height brings it within permitted development and the front corner porch creates a natural split within the room if you require a dual purpose structure.
GARDEN ROOM PODS
Sleek and sophisticated, the Garden Room Pods are designed to be minimalistic. The smart roof capping adds to the modern design, and the front overhang enhances it's curb appeal especially with the addition of the lights.
Internally it provides a great head height to give an airy feel, whilst still remaining under the permitted 2.5m structure height for outbuildings.
GARDEN STUDIOS
The original garden room design never goes away, and although it may be overtaken in terms of numbers by more modern designs, the traditional look still has it's fans.
The apex roof offers fantastic head height, especially when taller than 2.5m, and the rustic addition of feather edge cladding is a firm favourite with countryside installations.
CURVED GARDEN ROOMS
This is a bit special. There are not many of these about as the building is only available in one width so it doesn't always suit the location. It is however a unique design, that will really add a statement to any landscaped garden. Please note that this building is not available with composite cladding
TRADITIONAL GARDEN ROOMS
The Traditional garden room is for the chocolate box style house with a cottage garden. Identical in design to the Garden Studio, except the doors are half glazed as opposed to fully glazed. Spars in the glass add the cottage feel to the design, but any multitude of doors and windows can be added to your individual design.

Our Story
From sheds and stables, to summer rooms and studios, our background in sectional buildings has a solid reputation for quality buildings since 1988. Set in the heart of the midlands, our purpose built manufacturing facility also has an indoor showroom for you to view our portfolio in person.
We've installed buildings in Lands End, and John O' Groats, along with Denmark, Spain, and the Channel Islands, however we also have building as far away as the Falkland Islands.
Constructed in sectional format with a bespoke twist, means that we can provide a cost effective building that appears to be crafted on site.
We've been installing insulated garden rooms since 2004
This one was fitted in 2007 and has been used as a treatment room. It's still going strong.. in fact the customer contacted us with a view to extending it, which is why we found out how well it's doing.
At around 20 years old, it's still got plenty of life in it yet, proving just what a sound investment a well built garden room is. ​
